The automotive industry (requires the most complex technology after the aerospace industry) needs companies working with high-technology which includes major engineering fields to develop and establish efficiency projects in manufacturing, assembly and delivery lines. The industry has to develop itself and make continuous improvement studies.

Assembly Lines

Efficiency-based conveyor systems for assembling a product or its sub-parts. Different conveyor types are used in the assembly lines based on product type. Some products move directly on the conveyor on the line, while some products proceed with the help of fixtures.

Sorter Systems

Sorters are mechanical and automated systems that distinguish multiple product types coming through a single line according to their groups by reading their barcodes. The separation system type may vary depending on the weight, shape and packaging type of the product. Chain transfer systems are generally used in white goods industry.

Air Blow Pallet System

We have established a fully automated production line with modular flexible conveyors at Cummins facilities for the curing and assembly of filters after the PU casting machine. We designed, manufactured and installed a tunnel with sufficient temperature for the curing of PU, the WAX robot and established the automation system that controls the entire organization. The products were transported on a pallet using modular flexible conveyors and positioned at all stations where the process will be carried out.
