These units ensures higher output and product uniformity while they can be adapted to many other products and industries. Quality, traceability and ergonomics are the most important parts of the design of a ‘product control unit’.
Wheel Reading Sytem
Identized wheels with laser qr code are read from the bottom, offset area with a servo system at certain stations. After reading, it is directed to certain stations or the registration of process values is created. The main purpose is to identify the rim and ensure traceability.
Wheel Measuring Unit
By measuring the rim diameters, unit divides products into certain stations according to their diameters. It calculates the conveyor speed and sensor viewing time mathematically on PLC by and draws a conclusion.
Automatic Burr Unit
The unit crush or deburr the burr on the gross wheels that comes from the foundry. Removing the burr, minimizes the problems related to the burr at the X-ray, center section drilling, etc. stations.
Wheel Rim Tilt Unit
Tilting Unit has been designed to quickly and safely flip single wheel rims on the line from vertical to horizontal position and vice versa. The movement from vertical to horizontal position is carried out using a special inclination system with a self-braking gearmotor ensuring greater safety.
Wheel Rotating Unit
In some cases, the rim should be inverted on the line. This unit is used for some models to process inverted in the thermal processing oven or for the operators to perform some operations on the offset side. The unit can be used for 2 functions as reverse and flat rotating.
Cover Installing Unit
In new generation wheels, plastic covers are attached to the front surface cavities of the rim and a semi-automatic cover installing system is used to install them. In this system, blockers are torque-controlled. The rim is marked with laser and the information of the torque blockers are reported for the marked rims seperately.
Wheel Identification System
The system comprises of a single camera, computer, sensor, PLC, digital i/o module and cabin to recognize the rim models. A special lighting is used in the cabin. Recognized products are recorded in the system and can be reported on demand.
Wheel Cooling Unit
In order to cool the hot wheels that comes from foundry, the operator or the robot feeds wheels to the moving lift in the pool. The lift moves down and immerses the wheel into the pool, keeps it under the water for the given time and removes the wheel from the pool after the duration is expired. Cooled wheels are transferred to the line with the help of a pusher unit. Free conveyors are used for this process.

Assembly Lines
Efficiency-based conveyor systems for assembling a product or its sub-parts. Different conveyor types are used in the assembly lines based on product type. Some products move directly on the conveyor on the line, while some products proceed with the help of fixtures.
